Meet Ty

Hi! I’m Ty.

I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in schools

and college campuses for twenty years. I am a Registered Mental Health

Counselor Intern (RMHCI), Certified School Counselor, and Counseling Director

of a K3-12th grade school.

As a wife and mother of four children, I have experienced the challenges of

family dynamics and raising children in an increasingly demanding world. I love

working with clients of all ages to help them navigate anxiety, interpersonal

issues, school interventions, and to identify negative mindsets that may be

holding a client back from a joyful and fulfilling life.

My approach to treatment is individualized based on each client’s specific goals,

needs, and strengths. I treat each client, big or small, with respect, empathy, and

compassion. I believe every maladaptive behavior once served a purpose; and I

enjoy helping clients shift into behaviors that serve them better in the present. I

am passionate about coming alongside children and families to bring hope,

healing, and freedom into their lives.

I am grateful for every opportunity to share in your journey!

-Ty
